Digital death, the return to private life?

Since social media came along, our attention has been drawn to it and we started using it very early on. We started by synchronizing our emails, providing personal data and accepting contracts to be part of a trend that communicates, entertains, informs us and allows us to express ourselves; but until what point should we interact with them?
