Regular physical activity is a fundamental component for the health of both adults and children. A few minutes of movement a day will be the perfect opportunity to share together while promoting the physical and mental well-being of the whole family.

Staying at home for longer than you are used to implies an inevitable change in routine: schedules, the distribution of activities and the interaction itself between all those who live in this space is transformed and brings new challenges to the table, especially in the case of those who have children in their care.

One of these challenges has to do with exercise, which is essential for children, not only for health, but also because movement is part of their daily lives. According to the World Health Organization, The practice of physical activity between the ages of 5 and 17 has the purpose of improving cardiorespiratory and muscular functions, benefiting bone health and reducing the risk of non-communicable diseases.

For this purpose, games, sports, recreational activities, physical education and other alternatives are recommended within the family, school or community environment. But how can this be achieved during periods of prolonged stay at home, when outdoor exercise is not an option?
