Valuing the simple

Non-essential purchases such as luxury goods are postponed and people are connecting with the basics. Lockdown has made people return to activities they used to do and that, due to work and the demand for time in a fast-paced world, had been left in the past. A large part of our habits and the values we had for those luxury products are transformed, to find ways to feel comfortable and enjoy the normal, simpler day-to-day. It becomes important to enjoy the small moments of the day, such as sunbathing, enjoying a coffee or calling a friend.

People are interested in doing things according to their tastes, they prefer to reduce expenses and enjoy getting what they want with a personal touch. This is strengthened by technology, which facilitates access to information and allows us all to be connected quickly and easily, leveraged by a collective consciousness where people and companies share knowledge, experiences and offer facilities to cope with this new lifestyle.
