Carlos Gonzalez

Carlos González currently serves as President of Seguros SURA México. With an outstanding career spanning more than 30 years in the insurance sector and in the company, he previously served as Vice President of Mandatory Insurance at SURA Colombia, where he led key initiatives. Prior to this position, he held significant roles as Vice President of Voluntary Insurance, Manager of the Central Region, and National Manager of Health Plans, performing. Beyond his professional career, Carlos González stands out for his leadership that inspires and mobilizes teams, his perseverance and commitment. He holds an Executive MBA from the Inalde Business School of the University of La Sabana. He also has training in Ontological Coaching from the Rafael Echeverría School and has completed the Senior Management Program (PAG) at INCAE, Costa Rica. In addition, he broadened his academic horizons with English studies at the University of Delaware, in the United States, and with studies in Social Security Management in Health at the CES University and EAFIT in Colombia. as well as a Medical Surgeon from the CES University.
