What must today's companies have to survive in the Latin American societies of the future?

In this conversation between Gabriela Ruggeri, Managing Partner of Kamay Ventures and Gonzalo Santos, business administrator, they answer the question: What must today's companies have to survive in the Latin American societies of the future? “Companies must be clear about the why and wherefore they do what they do. But to do this, today they must have enough flexibility to adapt and incorporate new technologies and work habits to attract the right talent and thus fulfill their purpose. Companies must be consistent between their speech and their actions based on their purpose; when they are clear about this, it becomes part of the company's culture.” For his part, Gonzalo believes that the purpose is what guides the business model; its transformation must be aligned with what consumers want and their habits. Consumers now favor companies that are more responsible when it comes to the environment and natural resources. Today, consumers want to understand the processes and value chains of products and services.
