Juana Francisca Llano Cadavid

Since 2004, Juana Francisca Llano has been part of SURA, an organization where is recognized for her talent, empathy, creativity and leadership. Her story as an entrepreneur begins in her family, in her parents' shoe company where she received personal and professional training, an experience that deeply links her to entrepreneurship and the transformative power of families in society.

Today he leads Suramericana, the Seguros Sura corporate in its 7 subsidiaries, a role he assumed in the midst of the global pandemic, in April 2020. 

She is a lawyer from the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana (Medellín) with postgraduate degrees in Financial and Business Law, as well as in Civil Liability and Insurance; she also completed the Advanced Management Program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT, United States). 

She began her career in the organization 19 years ago as a Business Analyst at Seguros SURA Colombia, then served there as Director of Patrimonial Business and Manager of Business Business. Until 2020, she headed the Vice Presidency of Insurance at Suramericana, following the acquisition of RSA's operations in Latin America, which led to the creation of the corporate office. 

He is a member of the Board of Directors of 7 Suramericana subsidiaries.
