Mauricio Maya Osorio

Administrative engineer and specialist in Financial Engineering from the National University of Colombia, with a Master's Degree in Financial Management from ISEAD - Complutense University of Madrid. He has certificates in Business Ontological Coaching and in Behavioral Sciences for Organizational Change. With 20 years of work in the Company, he joined the Promotions Management as an intern, then worked in the Customer Relations Management, and served as Analyst, Director, and Financial Planning Manager between 2007 and 2019. In the Corporate Office he was Manager of Financial Planning and Control between 2019 and 2022, at which time he assumed the Strategic Focus and Projects Management.  

In 2023, Mauricio took over the leadership of the Technology team as Technology and Strategic Focus Manager. A year later, in 2024, he was appointed Vice President of Strategy and Technology Management, a role in which he strengthened the connection between the company's strategic objectives and technological capabilities.

In 2025, he was appointed Vice President of Business and Technology at Suramericana SA, where he leads the integration of technology management and the evolution of the business model, with the goal of strengthening the organization's value proposition in the countries where it operates.
